Court is held on the First Thursday of each month. (Except January & July - call for date and times) Docket begins at 2:00p.m.
CASH, MONEY ORDER, VISA, MASTERCARD, with proper picture Identification, are acceptable forms of payment when paying to the Court Clerk during Court. (A 4% fee is accessed to all credit card payments)
Appearance:
Conservative dress is required in the courtroom. No hats or sunglasses, unless medically necessary. Backpacks are not allowed in courtroom and cell phones must be turned off or on silent while court is in session. Sounding phones during court may result in a contempt charge up to $50.00.
